We help families who are trying to cope and adjust with conflicts, seniors not wanting to change their situation and sometimes being a long distance caregiver. Aging Life Guides will focus first on how to keep your loved one at home and as independent as possible. Sometimes families have to place their loved one in another living environment, Aging Life Guides can assist the family to evaluate and select the appropriate housing option for them. We work together with the family and can facilitate the admission process for them. If the family is living out of the area, Aging Life Guides can be a local presence and report back to family on how their loved one is managing at home or in a facility.

Aging Life Guides is pleased to add a new service. A no cost referral service with a national company, Assisted Living Locators.
Aging Life Guides will help guide you and your family through the complex and confusing field of elder and health care. When a loved one suddenly has a change in their health condition, or has a hospitalization, families often don't know where to turn. Our goal is always to keep the older adults in their own home so they can age with as much independence as possible. Assisting elders to age in place safely and with dignity is our objective. This goal requires an extensive and individualized assessment to develop the correct plan of action. A consultation with Aging Life Guides is the first step in identifying problems and providing solutions.
We know that trusting someone to help with these decisions is difficult and trying. As a caregiver you become exhausted and stressed and don't know where to start. Let Aging Life Guides be the light that guides you to serenity and peace of mind about your loved ones.
